A complete solution, engineered in-house
Most New Holland tractors leave the factory with only one work light integrated per headlight unit. The CR-5001 addresses this limitation directly. Each unit combines low beam, high beam, two integrated work lights, and position lighting in one fully assembled housing, supplied complete for both left and right sides. Every component is developed in-house by CRAWER, engineered to match the original bolt pattern and housing dimensions of the New Holland T-series. This allows for genuine plug and play installation, with no modifications required to the original wiring. The unit is supplied with all necessary adapter cables and mounting hardware, so dealers can offer a straightforward installation process without additional parts or sourcing. The CR-5001 fits the following New Holland series: T6000 (T6030–T6090), T7000 (T7030–T7070), T7 (T7.170–T7.270), and T8 (T8.275–T8.440, depending on build year).
Introducing the CR-5001-E
For customers who already own CRAWER’s CR-1030 and CR-1031 work lights, the CR-5001-E offers a cost-effective alternative. This version delivers the same headlight and position light performance as the CR-5001, allowing existing work lights to be transferred directly into the new unit. This makes the CR-5001-E a practical, lower-cost solution for customers who only need to replace a damaged or discoloured headlight housing, without purchasing new work lights they already own. This gives dealers a clear way to match the right product to the right customer, depending on what they already have installed.
Built for the road and the field
Both the CR-5001 and CR-5001-E meet E-marking standards R7, R10, R148 and R149, making them approved for use on public roads. With IP67 water resistance and CISPR class 4 interference suppression, both units are engineered to perform reliably in demanding agricultural conditions, without disrupting GPS, ISOBUS or onboard electronics. This is a key consideration for customers operating modern, electronics-heavy machinery. Both units operate on a 10-30V working range, making them suitable for both 12V and 24V systems without the need for a voltage converter.
A strong addition to your range
For dealers, the CR-5001 and CR-5001-E fill a clear gap in the market. Original New Holland headlight units cannot be replaced individually, requiring customers to source a complete replacement unit, an option that is rarely available through reliable channels.
